• EU: €5. Free shipping on orders over €150.
• Switzerland: CHF 20.
• All other countries: €50.

Switzerland and all other countries outside the EU: Import VAT and customs duties are not included in the price. The shipping provider will collect these costs along with its own handling fee before delivering your order.

Please note that deliveries outside the EU may incur additional costs such as customs duties, import VAT, import taxes, handling fees, or other country-specific charges. These costs are not covered by STAPF and must be paid by the recipient.

▪️ Warranty and Stapf Care

Our goal is for you to enjoy your Stapf product for a long time. That's why we offer an extended 3-year warranty on all items. If any defects arise during this period, we will repair your garment free of charge, regardless of where it was purchased.

With Stapf Care, you can complement this warranty with an ongoing care service: You can purchase a Care voucher for an item from the last three years and send it in once a year. We gently remove pilling and take care of minor repairs so your garment looks like new again.

Should larger repairs be necessary, we will inform you in advance with a cost estimate. You can then simply decide whether you would like the repair to be carried out.

▪️ Exchanges and returns

You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of receipt. Within the EU, a fee of €5 applies to every return, including exchanges.

▪️Returns within the EU

Simply register your return through our returns portal and download your return label as a PDF. Print it, attach it clearly to your package, and drop it off at a drop-off point. We will refund you once your return has arrived. Please only return complete, clean, and undamaged goods.

▪️ Returns outside the EU

If you live outside the EU, please send your return independently and at your own expense using a shipping provider of your choice to the following address:
